The Pacific Bus Museum is a member-driven volunteer-operated labor of love located in Fremont, CA that is open to the public the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
As a museum, we have more than just buses. We also have the archives of original materials from bus makers, and bus companies as well as lots of historical ephemera from California and the western United States. These archives are available to researchers and bus owners. Let us know how we can help.

The Pacific Bus Museum is thrilled to welcome an old friend back to Northern California.
In September, we acquired 1924 Fageol Safety Coach, Peninsula Charter Lines #216 from the Museum of Bus Transportation in Hershey, PA. The return of this coach back to the Bay Area to become part of the Pacific Bus Museum’s fleet, represents a homecoming for this coach that was operated in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1926 until 1949.
#216 is a remarkable survivor and the Pacific Bus Museum is thrilled to bring this 100 year old bus home to Northern California!
