to the PBM’s East Bay Motor Coach Lines (Key System) #308 this larger1933 Twin Coach
model 30 was the only one of this model to be operated by the East Bay Motor Coach Lines.
It was kept around long after its passenger carrying days as a Key System service coach.
Acquired
by John (Jerry) Graham in the1950s, it along with several other vintage buses and trucks
were stored on his property in Atherton, CA for many years.
The
PBM acquired the #400 from the estate of the late Jerry Graham in 1996. This venerable bus
shares its regional transit heritage with former Key System Twin Coach # 308 as being the
oldest coaches in the Pacific Bus Museum fleet.

Current
Status
In
need of a complete ground up restoration, the #400 is structurally sound with its body
intact and most of its windows but minus it’s seats and has a deteriorating floor.
The motor, which has not run for a number of years, turns freely. The coach is currently
stored in Williams, CA
